The iTalk MH 3D Workplace Assessment is designed to help organisations consider their current approach to psychological safety, mental fitness and suicide prevention. It is an organisational diagnostic tool and is not a clinical assessment, legal compliance audit or substitute for professional medical, legal or health and safety advice.
How results should be used
Results are based entirely on the answers provided by the person completing the assessment and reflect their understanding of the organisation at that moment. They are intended to prompt discussion and review, not to certify or guarantee any standard of practice.
Don't know responses
Selecting "Don't Know" may indicate that relevant policies, processes or support arrangements either do not exist or are not sufficiently visible, understood or communicated within the organisation.
Immediate concerns
If there is an immediate concern about someone's safety or risk of suicide, appropriate emergency or crisis services should be contacted rather than relying on this assessment.
