Privacy Notice
What we collect
When you complete the 3D Workplace Assessment we collect your organisation's name, industry, approximate size and location, together with your name, job title, business email address and telephone number, and your answers to the twelve assessment questions.
What we do not collect
The assessment does not ask for employee names, diagnoses or any personal health information about individuals in your organisation. Please do not include such information anywhere in your responses.
How we use it
We use your details to generate and send your personalised 3D Workplace Report and, where you have agreed, to contact you about the findings of the assessment, including offering a complimentary results review.
Storage and security
Your submission and report are stored securely and access is restricted to authorised iTalk MH staff. Report files are only available through time-limited private links.
Your rights
You may request a copy of your data, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it and stop contacting you at any time. Contact details for these requests are pending and will be published here once confirmed by iTalk MH.
